- Excalidraw is a great plugin for that
- The not-simple answer would be Bluebeam. It is kind of the killer app in the construction-related industries. A huge portion of our workflow revolves around marking up each other’s documents and the application is almost totally ubiquitous.
- Affinity Designer (not a plug in, but it’s a one time fee and not subscription based or part of a mandatory suite, can quickly alter/export pdf text and imagery from within obsidian vaults, and has uses beyond pdfs as well)
